Are you passionate about what we're doing? Let us know! We are always looking for volunteers to help us make our vision a reality. We'll help you find a way to volunteer that best suits you. We're excited to have you join the team! Whether you help through monetary donations, volunteering your time, or spreading our mission through word-of-mouth - we want to say, thank you. We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of supporters like you.

We are always looking for sponsors to help pay for food and vetting as well, we can feature your company on our website to show our gratitude as well! Email sponsor@doghouserescueacademy.org for more information.

Doghouse Rescue Academy is also more than happy to help you with volunteer hours if you need them for school service credit. For dog handling, volunteers must be 18 years or older, we also have other non-dog related tasks if you would prefer that as well; younger volunteers are welcome with parent/guardian supervision for the entire duration of event. Ways you can help our dogs

Sponsor a dog to help pay for vetting and care.
Inform and share to your friends and family about Doghouse Rescue Academy and our future events.
Collect donations from our Wish List for the care of our dogs.
Transport dogs from a rural shelter to the vet or foster home.
Transport dogs to events and/or vet appointments.
Bring food and other donations from our rescue to rural shelters.
Ask businesses for donations that we can use as an auction or raffle item.
Host a fundraiser or gift drive for our dog rescue.
Foster* a dog until it gets adopted to it's forever home.

*please keep in mind some schools do not allow or limit the amount of hours a person can have for fostering a dog, contact your school if you have any questions about fostering for school service credit.

Mark special occasions with gifts to Doghouse Rescue Academy

What better way to celebrate your birthday, wedding, holiday, or other special occasions than asking those around you to give to animals in need? By celebrating your special day with Doghouse, more animals will receive a new chance at a healthy, happy life. What better way to mark the occasion than sharing it with dogs, cats and wild animals in need!

$150 Sponsor: will pay for one healthy dog's basic routine vetting (all standard vaccines, spay/neuter, and microchip)
$250 Sponsor: will pay for one healthy dog's basic vetting and three months of care (food, toys, bed, etc)
$500 Sponsor: will pay for the vetting and care for two healthy dogs or a heartworm positive dog's heartworm treatment.

Host a Fundraiser

Join colleagues and host a fundraiser of gift drive for a Doghouse Rescue Academy event

Organizations, businesses, and school groups can host a fundraising event too. Plan a run, happy hour, office party, or bake sale. You can even create a fundraising team page and invite other passionate friends and co-workers to join you in raising money for animals in need.

An easy way to fund raise if you have Facebook is to create an online fundraiser on your profile or business page.
